Important Fact:

Our corporations with credit are a created as a C - corporation with a LLC as the shareholder and officers of the corporation.  This eliminates losing the lines of credit when transfered to you.  The only company that has a change is the management company (LLC) and that is not registered with Dunn and Bradstreet for credit purposes and therefore will not red flag the corporation or drop its score because of changes in ownership or officers.  Make sure of this fact if you are considering buying from another vendor.
