Aged Corporations with Credit are normally delivered in 20-35 days after contract.  

 To improve credit development of all corporations and reduce their default rate we require all potential buyers to attend a seminar ($995 or Purchase Our Professional Corporation Credit Course $399) 

This is special method that we use to create these corporations and they do come with financials, a bank statements and account. 

These companies shows bank deposits of $200,000 per month or more.

Paydex scores of 83 or above on these 8 month old corporations. 

These corporations with credit are a created with a C - corporation with a LLC as the shareholder and officers of the corporation.  This eliminates losing the lines of credit when transfered to you.  The only company that has a change is the management company that is not registered with Dunn and Bradstreet and therefore will not red flag the corporation or drop its score because of changes in ownership or officers.

Requirements:   You must be able to Transfer a Minimum of $50,000 per day - Transfers are between your three corporations we provide.   You must file for EIN Numbers on all three corporations and open bank accounts with each upon delivery of corporation documents.

You control your money at all times!  You simply perform the transfers as we instruct you!  We also create additional reported lines with our system.  

We provide 3 aged corporations to build upon for corporation credit along with an executive office and telephone service package*.

You can add 2 additional Shelf Corporations for $1,500 each -  plus $300 each per month for office and telephone service.

Requirements:   You must be able to Transfer a Minimum of $2,000 per day - Transfers are between your three corporations we provide.   You must file for EIN Numbers on all three corporations and open bank accounts with each upon delivery of corporation documents.

You control your money at all times!  You simply perform the bank transfers as we instruct you!  We also create additional reported lines with our system.   We provide 3 corporations to build upon for corporation credit along with an executive office and telephone service package*.

You can add 2 additional Shelf Corporations for $1,500 each -  plus $300 each per month for office and telephone service.

We do the invoicing and reporting to Dunn and Bradstreet.  Your corporations will have created a minimum of $450K in real financials each!  Balance of purchase price is due in month 6 (balance can be paid from within credit lines and you service the debt thereafter). 

*All Corporations above with Payment Plans 1M 5M, 10M, SA5M includes Executive Office Suite with Live Answering during creation and can be kept thereafter for $295 per month.
